Production time varies depending on the type of order, generally 20 business days after design confirmation. Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the recipient's location.
We offer a variety of fabrics such as satin, raw cotton, suede, suede, linen, waterproof, velvet, TNT, microfiber, oxford, and jeans. Each one has special characteristics, ideal for different types of products.
In our production line, we have the flexibility to manufacture packaging of different sizes and dimensions. However, for very specific or non-standard sizes, we recommend contacting us to discuss the possibilities and ensure we can meet your exact needs.
At the time of payment
Packaging with a double edge has 3.5 cm above the closure, whereas single edge packaging does not, allowing the entire interior of the packaging to be used.
We have all the colors that we present on our Instagram profile or in our online store, but we also produce colors that are not commercial. If you want a different color, choose it from the Pantone color chart and send us the code. With digital printing, the color printed on the fabric will be true to the code sent.
We work with digital printing and screen printing.
Minimum quantities vary depending on the product. Consult each product individually, but if you wish to order very large quantities, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. contato@sitexil.com.br. We do not produce less than the minimum order.
As we work with customized packaging, we produce according to each client's specifications and we do not have products for immediate delivery.
At the time of payment

We offer interest-free installments in up to 2 times. For options of 3 to 12 times, interest applies and varies according to the number of installments chosen. The minimum amount for each installment is R$ 10.00.
I completed the purchase and made the payment, what now?
After completing your purchase and making the payment, within a few hours, we will contact you via WhatsApp to start production, requesting your logo and other details.
Based on your specifications and needs, we will create some design options, which you will evaluate. Simply send us your logo, indicating the model and fabric chosen and the colors you would like to see on your packaging.
Our samples are only produced after the order is finalized. Within 48 hours, after payment of the order, we produce the sample and send it for photo approval. We do not work with digital samples, as they do not correspond to the finished packaging, especially in relation to the color of the product.
On the way to your house
With the shortest delivery time on the market, we work with 20 business days for production, added to the time for delivery, via the Post Office or carrier.
